| Description | Annual reports to the Missionary Council of the Church Assembly mainly by the bishops of dioceses in Africa, Australia, Canada, the Far East, India, South America, and the West Indies. The reports were used to compile the series of Unified Statements surveying the work of the Anglican Communion published by the Missionary Council between 1933 and 1947. |
| AdminHistory | The Board of Mission for the Province of Canterbury was established in 1887, followed three years later by a similar Board for the Province of York. Together they formed the United Boards of Mission. In 1922 the Missionary Council of the Church Assembly was set up to develop the work of the Boards. |
