Description'Album admissorum ad studendum in Bibliotheca MDCXXIX' (title on front cover).
A register of students admitted to the Library of Sion College.
The volume may have been acquired in 1629 in preparation for the opening of the Library, but the first entry was made in 1632.
Entries to 1677 are in the hand of John Spencer (d. 1680), Sion College Librarian.
Pasted inside the front cover is 'De admissis ad studendum in Bibliotheca', printed regulations in Latin, dated 1650, governing the behaviour of students in the Library.
