A journal of proceedings in the second session of the third Parliament of Charles I, 20 January to 10 March 1628/9. The Parliament was marked by conflict with the King on the the issues of Arminianism, tonnage and poundage, and the Petition of Right. The dissolution of Parliament by the King on 10 March 1629 was followed by his Personal Rule until 1640.
