The drawings at ff. 1-31 include detailed architectual measurements, and may be the work of Arthur Randall Lowther of Hull (c. 1850-1917), the architect of four churches recorded in the archive of the Incorporated Church Building Society.

PhysicalDescriptionOn the front paste-down is a coloured drawing of the arms and motto (Magistratus indicat virum) of the Lowther family. The arms are closely related to those of the Lowther family, Baronets, of Swillington, Yorks.
