Description(1) Correspondence of Williams, [1917]-1939, and a few letters by him sent to his biographer E.W. Kemp. The principal correspondent (ff. 7, 11-19v, 22-8, 32-33v, 35-38v, 47, 59-60v, 85) is the Revd. Darwell Stone, Principal of Pusey House (ff.1-128).

(2) 'Memorandum on nullity of marriage' and 'Memorandum on the Doctrine of Marriage' written by the Revd. Thomas Maynard Parker for the Church Union Committee on the Nullity of Marriage, 1937 (ff.129-238).

(3) Papers of a committee appointed by the Catholic Committee for Church Reform to consider Establishment, 1942. They comprise memoranda on proposals for administrative reform and on maintenance of the establishment by the Revd. T.M. Parker (ff.243-5, 276-8); two memoranda on synodical government by the Revd. Trevor Jalland, Vicar of St. Thomas, Oxford (ff.248-51, 281-5); memorandum (ff.252-5) on the appointment of bishops by Robert Cecil Mortimer, Bishop of Exeter (1949); memorandum (ff.256-75) on ecclesiastical courts by Eric Waldram Kemp, Bishop of Chichester (1974) (ff.239-94).
