Church unity and relations with: (1) the Episcopal Churches: the Eastern Orthodox Churches, Roman Catholic Church, the separated Churches of the East (Armenian, Assyrian, Syrian Jacobite Christians), the Church of Sweden, Moravian (Unitas Fratrum), Old Catholics, Reformed Episcopal Church of England; (2) the Free Churches including Methodists, Congregationalists and Presbyterians.

The development of provincial organisation within the Anglican Communion.

Foreign missions and the development of Missionary Churches, including liturgical variations, native marriage customs and polygamy, organisation of the missions, relations with secular authorities, and validity of baptisms of illegitimate or uninstructed converts.

International relations, especially the League of Nations.

Marriage and sexual morality including birth control and divorce.

The role of women in the Church, particularly deaconesses.

Social and industrial problems, including temperance.
