Langdon, with the advowsons of Pagham and Great Cornard, receiving in return the Cellarer's Hall and Lodging in Canterbury, Westwell, Waltham, Stoke Milborough, Kirkstall, Arthington and Buckland, sites and demesnes, and a series of advowsons, free of first fruits.
